Does my 1–9 unit property need an official NYC Bin?
Yes. NYC properties with 1–9 residential units must use official NYC Bins for non-recyclable trash set-out.
Can I use the trash bin I already own?
For trash, properties covered by the rule must use official NYC Bins. Separate rules apply to recycling and composting.
Do you service multiple properties?
Yes. We can coordinate recurring service across multiple eligible properties and discuss portfolio pricing.
Can I add other property maintenance?
